Constance David, Minnesota Czech Queen, of Montgomery, MN was crowned the 1989-90 Miss Czech USA Queen. She is the daughter of Jerome and Lorraine David and a graduate of Montgomery-Lonsdale High School. She plans on furthering her education at Mankota State College in Minnesota with her goal to be a Elementary teacher. With her title she received a $200 US Savings Bond, crown, trophy and flowers. Sherry Truhlar, Kansas, was the First Runnerup and received a $100 US Savings Bond.
